Cold-curved glass panels with integrated PV cells have been installed in the platform roofs of the station. Bending tempered laminated glass with PVB films and PV cells in between is possible by bending the panels by hand on a curved substructure and then screwing them together with aluminum glass frames. The windows can also be walked on for maintenance. This application is the first in the Netherlands and specially developed for the client.
